TITLE: Engineering Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.

JOB DUTIES: Managing people, technology/roadmaps for business domain, customers and resources. Work closely with key business stakeholders across domains to deliver successful products and empower business. Set goals for team and ensure that standards and norms are followed, and that team is on track with set goals. Owns all people management responsibilities such as performance management and professional development. Lead a team of 2-5 engineers that build REST API that empower different business verticals. Build scalable, high-volume, high availability systems for sophisticated personalization solutions. Develop personalized experiences within mobile and web applications. Work with high volumes of data in both relational and NoSQL data stores Build personalization integrations leveraging multiple data sources across communication channels (in-game, voice, mobile, email, social, web, and others). Perform code reviews and ensure exceptional code quality. Participate in development of new features and defect resolution on existing applications, as well as assist with scoping and designing new product initiatives. Data integration and automation from a variety of formats including files and APIs. Work in a collaborative team environment, managing large-scale data.

Salary range: $197,028/year to $218,810/year

JOB DUTIES: Meets revenue goals according to budget; Control costs: labor, direct operating expenses; Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance; Direct operating expenses budget oversight; Measures and manages productivity. Ensure compliance for all state and regulatory requirements per DOT, OSHA and Insurance; PM and repairs to keep fleet at an operational capacity; DOT inspections; Employee driving status; CDL med physicals; Re-certification; Cleanliness and organization; Shop upkeep; Grounds and landscaping; Trash/litter/debris management… “clean work space” and “everything has a home”; Log yard management and organization; Parking for employees and guests to the business; Purchasing trucks, tools, supplies and equipment. Plans and organizes daily workflow organization, communication; Rain day plans and priorities of work for staff that IS working; Maintain compliance with personnel, facilities, fleet; Coordinates with other support departments to ensure smooth production operations.

TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to different location premises required by the company for the development of its projects.
