TITLE: Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field required.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee daily restaurant and bakery operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Monitor food costs, pricing, and sales to maximize profitability. Manage budgets, payroll, and financial planning for sustainable operations. Develop marketing strategies, including promotions and seasonal menu planning. Ensure timely procurement of fresh ingredients and bakery supplies while controlling waste. Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance to maintain service excellence. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
SALARY: $77,000 per year.
