TITLE: General Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in any kind of Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, with a proven track record of leadership and success.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism. Proficiency in management software and point-of-sale systems. Spanish language skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele and staff.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee all aspects of operations, including staffing, customer service, and financial management.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize profitability. Manage and support a diverse team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Work closely with supervisors and senior staff to retain clients. Develop new strategies to meet clients needs. Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Handle inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting. Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports. Cultivate a positive work environment and foster strong team dynamics. Address and resolve customer feedback and operational issues effectively.
SALARY: $181,251 per year.
