REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or foreign equivalency and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as an Engineer, Cloud Automation Engineer, or in a related occupation.

JOB DUTIES: Deliver project work on time and to specification to provide new features and services as required by our customers. Manage the core Openstack products, and our public cloud governance program to the point where we identify and troubleshoot more complex issues efficiently. Research new technologies, develop prototypes, and contribute to technical decision making. Design, automate, and execute repeatable processes for facilitating new cloud users and workloads. Document operational processes and procedures. Mentor peers and educate internal customers on cloud technologies.

Salary range: $170,775/year to $201,880/year

JOB DUTIES: Encourage project teams to collaboratively work well with each other as well as other external teams. Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed correctly. Facilitate regularly scheduled team meetings to track project progress and keep the team informed of changes in priority/scope. Communicate, implement, and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables. Set up workgroup for technical requirements, design deliverables, or closure acceptance list. Ensure project documents are up to date and stored appropriately in Confluence. Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues. Manage project backlog and continuously groom it. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify acceptance criteria. Act as project team leader and become the primary interface to all stakeholders. Drive the team cadence – project, communication, and partner engagements (internal & external). Effectively apply Project Management standards and practices in project planning, coordinating, budget management, scheduling, and monitoring. Drive the beginning-to-end stakeholder experience. Manage sensitive cross-team engagements on dependency alignment, schedule alignment, and expectations with internal and external customers. Manage multiple simultaneous small to medium-sized projects.

Salary range: $79,996/year to $124,000/year
