JOB DUTIES: Create concept art for environments, architecture, and other company online game in-game assets. Create mood pieces and other visual development assets. Create illustration quality key art production paintings. Work closely with the Art Lead for each task to help achieve a consistent vision. Explore a wide variety of ideas that push the company’s online game style. Work closely with other Artists. Communicate with Production, Design, and other departments.

Salary range: $130,000/year to $161,500/year

TITLE: Tax Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Taxation and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; 60 months of experience in public accounting.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Chinese, reading, writing and speaking (due to 80%+ of clients being Chinese speaking). Five + years prior public accounting experience is required, “big 4” tax manager experience preferred.

JOB DUTIES: Prepare income tax returns for individuals and businesses (all forms, 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, etc.) Review tax returns prepared by staff, schedule tax preparation with staff based on workload, guide or train staff as needed. Perform tax research including but not limited to sales and purchases of businesses and assets, mergers and acquisitions, consolidation and international taxation matters. Perform financial statement preparation engagements such as compilation and review services. Client management duties such as new client acceptance, responding to client inquiries, tax projection, client meetings. Assist company CEO with pricing, client selection/retention and general business development strategies.

SALARY: $141,378 per year.
