TITLE: Expert Photogrammetry Artist

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Animation and Visual Effects, or related field or foreign equivalency and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as an Artist, Digital Production Specialist &/or Lead, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.

JOB DUTIES: Develop, create, and oversee in-house and in-field photogrammetric captures as well as continue to develop and perfect scanning processes for both model and texture libraries across all studio art departments. Operate equipment and create asset database library. Define pipelines and deliver high quality photogrammetry output of any asset types. Mentor and coordinate photogrammetry team to ensure quality and timely delivery of assets, and all artists in Studio on best practices, techniques and quality. Collaborate with the art department leads/artists to define best practices and pipeline. Schedule and Plan in-field capture trips with production team. R&D future techniques to convert real-life asset and scenes into game engine content / locations

JOB DUTIES: Create or oversee the creation of a color script for each cinematic or other visual images. Create character and environment concepts, color scripts, color keys, lighting studies, mood paintings and production illustrations for animated shorts and cinematics in company franchise game universes, future projects and developments. Create highly polished key-art and promotional illustrations for our animated shorts and games. Create promotional artwork for marketing, advertising, and events. Work with artists, art directors and directors to create a vision for creative projects. Work with the producer to organize work and set deadlines and expectations for artists. Work with a team of artists to achieve the necessary final image quality. Provide feedback throughout the illustration phase to maintain artistic vision and ensure timely deliveries. Partner with the motion story team to ensure the final deliverable maintains artistic vision.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design and Technology for Performance with a concentration in Digital Media and Design, or a related field or foreign equivalency.

JOB DUTIES: Create user interface (UI), special effects, animation, or other visual images for console video games. Prepare the look of the games frontend UI, in-game HUD and additional art content consistent with style guide and game direction. Create assets based on defined art style from initial concept through to the final product. Create motion comps and mock ups to convey concepts, visualize functionality, flow and animation states. Work with UI engineering, UX designers and wider feature teams to problem solve and ensure visual experience. Manage created assets from establishing naming conventions, maintaining accurate and functional checked in content and keeping the team updated with status.
