JOB DUTIES: Conduct market research to identify potential investors, oversee due diligence to assess viability, and oversee development work. Analyze infrastructure assets to invest in and deploy capital. Structure deals, including negotiation of term sheets and final agreements with investment targets and with important stakeholders of targets. Supervise a team of financial analysts and supporting their work in financial analysis and financial modeling. Execution of deals, including coordination and analysis of due diligence of key workstreams. Active participation in business development to identify new markets to invest in.

SALARY: $176,571 per year.

TITLE: Tax Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Taxation and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; 60 months of experience in public accounting.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Chinese, reading, writing and speaking (due to 80%+ of clients being Chinese speaking). Five + years prior public accounting experience is required, “big 4” tax manager experience preferred.

JOB DUTIES: Prepare income tax returns for individuals and businesses (all forms, 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, etc.) pReview tax returns prepared by staff, schedule tax preparation with staff based on workload, guide or train staff as needed. Perform tax research including but not limited to sales and purchases of businesses and assets, mergers and acquisitions, consolidation and international taxation matters. Perform financial statement preparation engagements such as compilation and review services. Client management duties such as new client acceptance, responding to client inquiries, tax projection, client meetings. Assist company CEO with pricing, client selection/retention and general business development strategies.

SALARY: $141,378 per year.
