REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Business Management; 24 months experience in Marketing or Market Development.

JOB DUTIES: Identify business and marketing needs; develop and implement marketing strategies for each of the restaurants of JCL, specifically based on its unique cuisine variety and location, with the goal of enhancing recognition at the local community level and of driving sales revenues. Plan and establish restaurant marketing and development goals (short and long-term) for each of the restaurants based on business analytics and track progress against key consumer and business metrics. Conduct site visits of and effect virtual or electronic communication of potential major corporate or businesses in the local area with the President to promote the restaurants and develop corporate patrons. Oversee and analyze product and service improvement and cost-saving opportunities and report to the President. Coordinate and assist each restaurant’s general managers in executing multi-restaurant or single-restaurant customer development event opportunities and coordinating major market event sponsorships of corporate or business patrons. Design and oversee all aspect of the JCL’s digital marketing, including the management of marketing database, emails, and display advertising campaigns through social media and other electronic medium. Manage each restaurant’s digital menu display creation, aiming for the most appeal to the patrons. Manage the brainstorming of new menu items and platforms along with the restaurant ‘s general managers, with a view toward successfully marketing of the restaurants’ products. Conduct periodically feasibility studies on strategic/operation fit, uniqueness, market size, ease of communication, motivation for consumers, and price value of each of the restaurants, and report to the President. Monitor on a periodic basis the performance of each restaurant based on approved success criteria of marketing and product planning and development and recommend any necessary improvements to the President.

SALARY: $143,229 or more depending upon qualifications, plus employee benefit plan.

JOB DUTIES: Manage all operations of the company including planning and supervision of the seed production, seed processing and packaging, research and development with emphasis in advancing the proprietary breeding programs of melons an squash to develop the genetic traits projected to be needed by the markets, development of the genetics we license from external sources around the world, sales and marketing with a focus in expanding the business in the export markets of Central America and maintaining the business in our traditional markets of the Caribbean and the Middle East, supervising the administration of the company, ensuring a healthy cash flow and planning and executing initiatives which would lead to an improvement in the profitability.

SALARY: $159,037 to $160,000 per year.
