TITLE: Office and Administrative Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, Public Policy, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in administrative, office management roles, or case management roles required.

JOB DUTIES: Identify training needs for incoming staff and design training programs to improve skills and knowledge; Document findings of training effectiveness and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or changes to present to management for potential implementation of training programs and methods; Offer support in maintaining and organizing office documentation; Provide administrative support to senior management and staff; Compile clients’ documents and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records; Instruct on operational procedures in the retrieval of case-specific saved documents from the client’s internal account based on specific information or content in the client’s petition letters; Maintain smooth communication within the organization; Coordinate with various departments or teams to ensure project success and effective client services; Other administrative duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE: Typically from 9am to 5pm; 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week.

SALARY: $73,237 per year.

Ensuring the company complies with tax regulations and maximizing tax advantages where possible. Making recommendations regarding equipment purchases, financing options, and managing capital expenditures. Identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, including managing insurance coverage and liability. Analyzing project profitability, return on investment (ROI), and overall business performance to guide future growth and decision-making.

SALARY: $87,256 per year.

JOB DUTIES: Meets revenue goals according to budget; Control costs: labor, direct operating expenses; Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance; Direct operating expenses budget oversight; Measures and manages productivity. Manages all operational employees including production, operators, fleet and facilities; staffing, onboarding support (handbook review), employee retention, safety and training, quality control; Establish, maintain and manage safety and training programs; Employee retention (ex. evaluations: 90 day/anniversary, employee understanding of policies/procedures, taking care of our people); Uphold company culture and standards; Maintain counseling procedure integrity: negative and positive; Ensure systems, processes and policies are being followed; Fill gaps in management. Ensure compliance for all state and regulatory requirements per DOT, OSHA and Insurance; PM and repairs to keep fleet at an operational capacity; DOT inspections; Employee driving status; CDL med physicals; Re-certification; Cleanliness and organization; Shop upkeep; Grounds and landscaping; Trash/litter/debris management… “clean work space” and “everything has a home”; Log yard management and organization; Parking for employees and guests to the business; Purchasing trucks, tools, supplies and equipment. Plans and organizes daily workflow organization, communication; Rain day plans and priorities of work for staff that IS working; Maintain compliance with personnel, facilities, fleet; Coordinates with other support departments to ensure smooth production operations.

TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to different location premises required by the company for the development of its projects.
