TITLE: Restaurant Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (foreign degree equivalent accepted), and 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager.

JOB DUTIES: Supervise daily restaurant operations and report directly to the Chief of Operations to ensure alignment with company objectives. Manage all aspects of front-of-house and back-of-house activities in accordance with established service standards, maintaining a premium dining experience. Lead and coordinate employee schedules, delegate tasks, train new staff, and oversee performance to ensure operational excellence. Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement events to increase foot traffic and boost revenue. Uphold strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in compliance with food service regulations and industry best practices. Provide leadership in team development and service excellence by coaching staff, addressing guest concerns, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture. Continuously enhance restaurant operations by staying informed on gastronomic trends, adapting to evolving service strategies, and maintaining the physical and professional readiness required in a dynamic environment.
