REQUIREMENTS: Master of Laws (LL.M.) or Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in the state of New York.

JOB DUTIES: Draft and negotiate NVCA Model Legal Documents. Research pertinent issues related to governance and securities compliance. Provide guidance and manage legal tech solutions built at the company. Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing clients. Develop policies and positions on legal issues for the benefit of clients. Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues. Draft agreements, contracts, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents. Attend meetings to consult with clients as needed. Review matter details and inform senior attorneys on legal strategy.

JOB DUTIES: Help architect new gameplay systems with deep progression elements. Shape gameplay systems in a way that delivers and improves player fantasy. Apply numerical analysis to evaluate the balance of game systems such as combat, itemization, and progression. Make sure our systems mesh well within the company’s online game. Work with our UX team to find elegant ways to present players with potentially sophisticated systems. Work with our research team to identify key test metrics. Synthesize player feedback, aggregate data into practical game initiatives. Collaborate and build relationships with designers, writers, and partners.

Salary range: $128,750/year to $161,500/year

Write effective queries against big data sources that return results accurately, maximize database efficiency, and are ready to scale for the future. Leverage tools, such as Tableau, Big Query, Airflow, & Git to deliver insights and provide visibility to key metrics across the business. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Game business & Commercial leadership. Product teams, and regional analytics partners to deliver business impact, effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary range: $130,000/year to $142,600/year
