TITLE: Product Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field and 5 years of experience with Euromex microscopes; minimum 5 years of experience with general microscopy techniques; a minimum of 2 years experience in sales involving direct customer engagement; expertise in customization of microscopes based on customers’ applications.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of training in Euromex microscopes, microscopy techniques, customization of microscopes.
JOB DUTIES: Work closely with the Business Development Team to develop the brand Euromex in the U.S. Help recommending the best microscope for each laboratory project and needs. Assist customers with questions about the equipment to engage with the brand Euromex. Deep understanding of microscopy and its applications. Able to configure and customize the microscope for specific research. Know the brand Euromex and its extensive product profile to provide training and do presentations. Perform demonstrations with microscopes on site or at Exhibitions. Provide support to customers introducing Euromex Microscopes on its website by supplying detailed data sheets, manuals and product images. Verify all products and promotional data/content on customer’s websites. Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
SALARY: $74,672 per year.
