TITLE: Business Analyst
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business analytics or business administration is required.
JOB DUTIES: Analyze client financial data and audit engagement metrics to identify risk indicators, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improved audit quality (25%). Develop internal reports and performance dashboards to support audit planning, resource allocation, and partner decision-making (20%). Collaborate with audit teams to evaluate workflow processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements in audit procedures (20%). Maintain and refine internal control tracking systems to support compliance with PCAOB and AICPA standards (15%). Clean and manage internal databases containing engagement records, client profiles, and key performance indicators (10%). Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform firm growth strategies and service enhancements (10%).
SALARY: $66,934 per year.
