TITLE: Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field; 18 months of working experience in any field with at least 6 months in a managerial position.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee accounting and payroll, including daily sales and fuel reconciliation using Modisoft software; Manage banking operations, cash handling, and financial reporting; Handle vendor relations, inventory ordering, and reordering; Oversee hiring, scheduling, and training of employees; Implement inventory control for retail products and fuel; Direct sales, marketing, and customer service to improve efficiency and profitability.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.
SALARY: $56,000 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel is not required.
