TITLE: IT System Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in IT or Business or Management and 1 year of experience as a IT System or Project Manager required.
JOB DUTIES: Develop 3-5-year technology roadmaps, manage networks/cloud infrastructure, reduce costs. Protect company data by enforcing NIST controls. Manage Syspro ERP integrations, train users, lower system errors. Supervise IT staff, enforce vendor service level agreements. Deploy AI tools to halve ticket resolution times, maintain 99.9% uptime.
SALARY: $90,000 per year.
