TITLE: Finance Manager, Finance & Strategy
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job or 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst, Account Associate, Business Operations Associate, or related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Develop and manage our build applications and systems on multiple platforms. Financial management support game franchise’s major planning cycles, including Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan that focuses on growth and profitability. Be a strong financial steward for the responsible game, leading all aspects of cost management and budget development from production resourcing to marketing spend. Manage strategic and financial analysis to find opportunities to drive top and bottom line growth for the franchise. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute and report KPIs to executives. Be an experienced resource on industry business practices in genre of the franchise, including business models/performance, live services strategy, and product pipelines. Collaborate with analytics to report out on KPI metrics for in and out of game initiatives. Increase the repeatability of our success by sharing processes and lessons learned with other game teams.
Salary range: $145,000/year to $175,050/year
