TITLE: Installation Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Physics or related and at least 60 months of full-time experience in Construction, Piping installation, Project Management or similar occupation. Alternatively, Master’s Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture or related required.
JOB DUTIES: Plan, organize and supervise piping installation projects. Review plans and communicate with project developers, clients and workers. Manage workforce and track their performances. Complete quality inspections and correct worked performed if necessary. Ensure projects finish according to schedule and within budget. Negotiate on timeline and price estimation with suppliers and vendors. Oversee and direct a team of construction workers. Prepare and submit budget estimates for bid proposal. Write progress reports and cost-tracking reports. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations. Investigate damages, accidents, or delays at project sites. Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather or project site emergencies. Develop or implement quality control programs. Procure supplies or materials to complete each project. Determine labor requirements for each project. Look for new project opportunities and write bid proposals.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Occasional trip to Norcross, GA.
SALARY: $93,434 – 165,506 per year, depending on qualifications.
