TITLE: Human Resources Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
JOB DUTIES: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants’ qualifications, and make hiring recommendations. Inform job applicants of job details and promotion opportunities. Develop recruiting strategies, administer tests, and coordinate temporary hires. Evaluate selection techniques, and support managers with performance appraisals. Utilize psychological principles to improve employee satisfaction and workplace dynamics. Facilitate group meetings and team-building activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
