TITLE: Accountants and Auditors
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting and 4 years of experience as an Accountant is required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong skill in rental vehicle industry.
JOB DUTIES: Management of vehicle fleet inventories. Manage a fleet of 1500 vehicles or more. Knowledge in the handling and management of lease and financing contracts. Including document control and accounting treatment. Also, knowledge in the development and control of vehicle, equipment, and other asset depreciation. Management of a supplier portfolio of over 100 suppliers. Management of inter-company or inter-branch operations. In administrative and financial realms, with capacity for managing over 2 branches. Document control. Purchase and sale contracts of vehicles (under financing or lease). Vehicle rental contracts. Analysis and development of financial reports for managerial decision-making. Control and management of the payments sector. Knowledge of state and national taxes. Handling of accounting management in the field of vehicle accidents.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to different locations nationwide and internationally, 50% trips.
