TITLE: Senior Associate, Business Operations & Strategy
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as Senior Associate, or in business operations, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for creating business cases for game-changing opportunities to supercharge the growth of the business. Supporting the development of long-term strategic and annual operating plans for the business. Maintaining the operating model for the business. Supporting the President with key updates and presentations to company executive leadership. Monitoring key industry trends and competitive landscape, and distilling implications for the business strategy. Supporting ad-hoc projects across the advertising business in support of our strategic ambitions.
