JOB DUTIES: Responsible for the analytics, competitive analysis, interviews, and research support. Synthesize user analysis with business needs to plan solutions. Develop highly creative visual designs that celebrate the company brand and franchises. Champion pixel perfection, epic quality, and immersive visual storytelling through the use of advanced UI and motion graphic techniques. Ensure the quality of end-to-end solutions. Communicate the vision and assist in post-launch analysis including A/B testing. Help establish best practices for a design team, such as design systems and processes. Advocate for and explain product vision and design decisions both inside and outside the design team. Partner with our Shared Technology team to create scalable and reusable design solutions for future projects.
