TITLE: Student Services Coordinator (2 Positions)
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university and 24 months of experience in student services, coordination, or in a related field.
JOB DUTIES: Serves as the point person for in-person and online students who need assistance with the intake process, enrollment, advising, and schedule changes; also handles advising, testing, and proctoring queries from in-person and online students who initiate contact via email, and phone, live chat as well as in person. Develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain an interactive student orientation experience to prepare students for success in the learning environment. Develop and maintain a student support guide, managing materials, and documentation. Assists with the formulation, development, and implementation of admissions-related policies and procedures. Ensures that international students applicant complete the required paperwork and meet applicable regulations.
SALARY: $49,000 per year.
