TITLE: Restaurant Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (foreign degree equivalent accepted), and 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager.

JOB DUTIES: Supervise daily restaurant operations and report directly to the Chief of Operations to ensure alignment with company objectives. Manage all aspects of front-of-house and back-of-house activities in accordance with established service standards, maintaining a premium dining experience. Lead and coordinate employee schedules, delegate tasks, train new staff, and oversee performance to ensure operational excellence. Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement events to increase foot traffic and boost revenue. Uphold strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in compliance with food service regulations and industry best practices. Provide leadership in team development and service excellence by coaching staff, addressing guest concerns, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture. Continuously enhance restaurant operations by staying informed on gastronomic trends, adapting to evolving service strategies, and maintaining the physical and professional readiness required in a dynamic environment.

TITLE: Server

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma is required.

JOB DUTIES: Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Helps patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions. Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices and identifying patrons’ special dietary needs and special requests. Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons’ choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars. Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs. Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments to host, and returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.

SALARY: $32,760 per year.
