TITLE: Lighting Artist

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Animation and Visual Effects, or related field.

JOB DUTIES: Create special effects or animations using computers, or other electronic tools and media for use in computer games and related as a Lighting Artist. Focus on the aesthetic and technical implementation of lighting in game levels and cinematics. Environment. Use eye for detail and composition to implement stellar lighting across multiplayer, single player, coop, and warzone maps. Adapt to new tools, processes, and pipelines. Identify and submit well documented tickets for any technical code issues. Collaborate with art directors and art leads in the development of level lighting to establish a compelling, cohesive look. Contribute creative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development.

Salary range: $103,729/year to $177,650/year
