JOB DUTIES: Lead technical teams, functions or projects and provide reliable guidance to other technical and non-technical teams. Challenge and refine code conventions whilst mentoring others to improve code readability and quality. Identify current problems and provide solutions or guidance to integrate them within the game team. Thinking both in short and long term. Collaborate between other teams to share and learn from tech choices. Maintain awareness of technical knowledge outside the team to actively drive the vision agreed to with other technical leads and organization. Establish and maintain a good relationship with our 3rd party partners and collaborate with them to improve both our technology and theirs. Explore and identify long term solutions to improve and facilitate the product development process as well as improve the quality of life of our existing user base. Define and implement best practices, tools and general code improvements to improve and maintain a golden standard in mobile and pc performance.
