JOB DUTIES: Create special effects or animations using computers or other tools and media for use in computer games & related. Collaborate with game designers to translate game system requirements into experiences. Work with external partners on execution of high quality user experience across the game. Craft UX artifacts to communicate solutions (flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.). Design and visualize user interface screens, transitions, animations, and VFX. Establish and maintain patterns for flows, layouts, and interactions. Iterate and evolve designs based on player feedback. Work closely with game designers, product managers, engineers, and artists to conceptualize, design, and iterate across all gameplay features and systems.

Salary range: $80,392/year to $124,000/year

JOB DUTIES: Meets revenue goals according to budget; Control costs: labor, direct operating expenses; Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance; Direct operating expenses budget oversight; Measures and manages productivity. Manages all operational employees including production, operators, fleet and facilities; staffing, onboarding support (handbook review), employee retention, safety and training, quality control; Establish, maintain and manage safety and training programs; Employee retention (ex. evaluations: 90 day/anniversary, employee understanding of policies/procedures, taking care of our people); Uphold company culture and standards; Maintain counseling procedure integrity: negative and positive; Ensure systems, processes and policies are being followed; Fill gaps in management. Ensure compliance for all state and regulatory requirements per DOT, OSHA and Insurance; PM and repairs to keep fleet at an operational capacity; DOT inspections; Employee driving status; CDL med physicals; Re-certification; Cleanliness and organization; Shop upkeep; Grounds and landscaping; Trash/litter/debris management… “clean work space” and “everything has a home”; Log yard management and organization; Parking for employees and guests to the business; Purchasing trucks, tools, supplies and equipment. Plans and organizes daily workflow organization, communication; Rain day plans and priorities of work for staff that IS working; Maintain compliance with personnel, facilities, fleet; Coordinates with other support departments to ensure smooth production operations.

JOB DUTIES: Learn the design, build, customize and support Oracle EBS for Finance and Sales and Supply Chain modules, troubleshooting, identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, documenting and providing the best solutions to the problem. Build custom solutions (RICEWF) including but not limited to Forms, Reports, Interfaces, conversions, extensions, Workflows, OAF extensions/ customizations and personalizations per Oracles Recommended Standards. Follow company’s Development Standards and Processes. Review requirements document, propose and design solutions, estimate efforts, create technical design, deployment and other required documents per company Standards and Processes. Production support, documentation deliver and onto ad-hoc requests. Provide regular status updates. Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed. Setups and configurations as needed for development and support activities. Plan, organize and manage time across multiple priorities. Architect, deliver support complex hybrid solutions involving EBS and peripheral systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Keep with latest trends in related technology.

SALARY: $139,464.00/year to $175,050.00/year
