TITLE: Director of Pre-Construction

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of supervisory experience. Experience with public hearings and city meetings is required.

JOB DUTIES: Manages Engineers, Architects, and Land Use Attorneys, and other development consultants for entitlements and construction documents. Responsible for timeline and schedules, as well as deadline submittals for public hearings and meetings, and executing agreement letters. Uses industry standard project management tools to review and assess construction documents, preparing for approval submission. Manages zoning process and changes in use by holding public hearings. Negotiates with municipalities to overcome city and community objections. Manages and delivers site feasibility studies to identify required codes. Coordinates with power companies, city process, and appropriate authorities for planning and zoning approvals. Manages civil engineering and architectural design processes, providing solutions to complex issues related to design. Reduces cost and timeline to complete by value engineering. Supervises, coaches, and develops internal and external teams by delegating and providing feedback/action items for professional development. Responsible for other key responsibilities as assigned.

TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel throughout U.S. (20% of time) required.

SALARY: $99,902 per year.

REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor and Florida Bar License are Required.

JOB DUTIES: Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses. Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents. Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case. Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations. Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit. Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts. Study Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes. Supervise legal assistants. Negotiate contractual agreements. Confer with colleagues with specialties in appropriate areas of legal issue to establish and verify bases for legal proceedings. Search for and examine public and other legal records to write opinions or establish ownership. Present and summarize cases to judges and juries. Select jurors, argue motions, meet with judges, and question witnesses during the course of a trial. Present evidence to in civil litigation. Provide legal advice to clients. Interview claimants to get information related to legal proceedings.

SALARY: $118,000.00 per year.

Requirements: Associate’s degree in Divinity, Theology, or in a Related Field or Foreign Equivalency and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as a Priest, or in pastoral ministry, or a related occupation.

Special Requirements: Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

Job Duties: Responsible for church administration. Responsible for determining sacramental and liturgical rites celebrated in conformity with the norms of the liturgical books and liturgical norms. Plan and celebrate liturgies. Specifically, duties will involve the following: Conduct religious mass. Provide spiritual counseling and religious teachings. Conduct ministerial services. Prepare individuals for reception of the Sacraments, specifically for, Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Penance, Marriage, and Funerals. Minister to the sick and suffering. Assist in other ministerial duties within the church.

Wage range: $38,314/year to $40,000/year
