JOB DUTIES: Work with content teams to push the gameplay systems with impact and visual fidelity. Create new systems and leverage existing ones to realize AAA-quality FPS gameplay. Collaborate with designers to create new gameplay system. Support the design department by working on a variety of generalist tasks, to facilitate their efforts. Optimization work related to performance and bandwidth improvements. Bug fixing and polish tasks. Apply software development skills as well as application programming. Partner in the success of critical software components, drawing assistance from other programmers when necessary.

JOB DUTIES: Strategy and planning in collaboration with Leadership, set and drive the strategic objectives of the Development organization. Craft strategies and execution plans related to critical/strategic development initiatives. Drive alignment for initiatives across Studios and BUs. Engage with the company ELT on strategic initiatives/projects, contributing to the strategic agenda for company Operational Management. Be an agent of change who identifies, forms and drives execution of cross-functional projects to optimize organizational performance and meet franchise goals/objectives. Ensure appropriate resources are in place across organization to deliver against franchise goals/objectives. Develop, track, and assess key performance measures across cross-functional projects. Disseminate critical information and manage / distribute communications to the Leadership Team and company ELT as needed. Project Management. Take on highly complex and strategic projects in partnership with Leadership. Manage, guide and ultimately own recommendations related to project work. Ad-hoc analysis and decision support and leadership across projects. Principal Working Relationships: Leadership Team, CTO, Studio heads, company ELT, Finance, and Human Resources.
