JOB DUTIES: Analyze and prepare reports about customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits to find
potential markets and factors that influence product demand. Create and use methods, such as surveys or polls, to gather data about market information. Create and review marketing plans in collaboration with other teams, assess and track their effectiveness, and make changes if needed. Evaluate the satisfaction of customers. Observe industry statistics and follow trade trends. Collect information on competitors’ prices, sales, and marketing methods.

SALARY: $45,000 per year.

JOB DUTIES: Supervise staff in the Ukrainian office, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training. Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions. TITLE: Junior Architectural Designer

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related is required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: At least one certification regarding the proficient use of ArchiCAD software.

JOB DUTIES: Provide architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering. Assist in the development of design concepts and architectural plans under the guidance of senior architects. Review project specifications, building codes, and regulatory standards. Research materials, building codes, and regulations, and prepare detailed reports for architects to support design decisions
and project planning. Collaborate with architects and project teams to develop construction documents, architectural specifications, presentations, and client proposals. This job will be conducted under the supervision of a licensed architect; therefore, a separate license is not required.

SALARY: $85,000 per year.
