TITLE: Hotel Renovation Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in stone, tile, finish carpentry and reading the plans required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in Russian.
JOB DUTIES: Install millwork, cabinets, stone countertops, and tiles. Perform demolition and framing work for renovations. Paint surfaces and repair furniture and cabinets. Assist the Project Manager, coordinate deliveries, and manage installations. Keep the work site safe and clean, including daily debris removal and proper tool storage.
SALARY: $92,200 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel required in Lynnwood area, WA.
