TITLE: Accountant
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field or foreign equivalency and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as an Administrator and General Accountant, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee corporate-wide financial accounting for the company. Review, examine, analyze, interpret, and act upon financial & accounting records to prepare financial statements, provide advice and audit, evaluate statements prepared by third parties, and recommend course of action. Provide insight on systems of recording costs and other financial and budgetary data. Coordinate financial, tax, and audit statements issued by local providers in California and other U.S. States. Create and manage our company’s budget. Develop annual forecast for sales growth over the next few years. Participate in investment processes with Accounting & Financial control input on company funding. Ongoing funding measures may continue as needed. Participate in financial analysis, accounting, and overall strategy of the company’s valuation. Generate cost reductions by performing financial consolidation and achieve cost efficiencies in Human Resources and other corporate operations. Assist in the Project Management (especially budgeting) of pool construction projects.
Wage range: $61,526/year to $80,600/year.
