TITLE: IT Manager and Website Operations

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar required.

JOB DUTIES: Manages the IT for the business, conducts tastings and testings, manages website sales and advertisings, creates promotional materials for the website, oversees common employees, and handles buying and selling of the products. Oversee all digital and technical aspects of the business, ensure that IT systems are seamlessly integrated with online sales, marketing and operational functions. Ensure that payment portals work correctly, prices are listed accurately, and that the website is easily navigable and functioning smoothly. Tastings and testing refer to the evaluation and quality control of the products, which are wines, liquor and canned cocktails; to support product curation and quality assurance for the digital storefront. Tastings and testing assess consumer appeal and marketability for products, to provide data on the profitability of the product for the local consumer base, and help the company make data driven decisions for inventory. Promotional materials created will be digital to enhance website engagement to boost online sales, including but not limited to, website graphics and banners promoting seasonal offers, new arrivals, featured products; social media advertisements; marketing emails for promotions or product announcements; landing pages on the website for search engine visibility (SEO) and user engagement. Manage database for inventory and syncing product availability on website, coordinate with vendors for pricing, restocking and product lifecycle management. Supervise general store and e-commerce support staff by assigning tasks for order fulfillment, packaging, customer service and handling inventory.

SALARY: $100,818.00 – $105,000.00 per year.
