JOB DUTIES: Validate financial data to establish trust in the data in EPM Planning and Profitability applications. Participate in all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance windows. Respond to problem tickets from users to resolve application issues, assess business impact and priority. Support Planning applications by resolving issues submitted by users and assist them with their questions. Develop and/or modify scripts, business rules, Planning forms, SQL codes, automation packages. Create and/or modify data integration rules, data maps, and perform data loads and exports to assist with unscheduled data backups and/or restores.

Salary range: $119,995/year to $124,000/year

TITLE: Sustainable Design Engineer

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainability and the Environment, Bachelor of Science Economics in Sustainable Business, Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Sustainable Engineering (ESE), Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering or related field required.

JOB DUTIES: Manages and leads engineering analysis and models for sustainability. Analyzes design documents, constructions documents, specifications, and submittals to identify items for compliance. Provides documentation of project compliance for energy efficiency and green building. Conducts the whole-building dynamic thermal and energy building simulation models for various building types and scales, including advanced mechanical systems evaluations, architectural response to enhancing daylighting, lighting control systems and detailed thermal and moisture response of building façade components. Conducts the detailed engineering analysis for the purpose of minimizing energy consumption and related greenhouse gas emissions related to a building’s architectural design, construction and operation. Conducts the comfort studies, life cycle costs analysis, energy simulation, daylight simulations, solar shading analysis and renewable energy evaluation to provide analysis-based recommendations. Predicts a building’s anticipated energy use and corresponding energy savings. Assists design teams to promote integrative sustainable strategies and leverage complex data sets to support design decisions and research. Assists with specialized project and enterprise research activities including but not limited to energy, environmental, carbon and general sustainability issues. Oversees technical reports and presentation materials. Participates in team meetings to discuss project issues, technical issues and coordination with other disciplines. May assist in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and potential clients. Other duties as necessary and assigned.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.

SALARY: $46,000.00 per year.
