TITLE: TIBCO Developer
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field or foreign equivalency and 5 years of experience in the job or 5 years of experience as an Application Developer & Systems Programmer or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Report to Manager of Business Applications Development. Deliver integration solutions for various business areas such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and others. Work with all levels of the organization in delivering Integration and automation solutions. Requires strong knowledge and hand-on experience in the area of EAI (Enterprise Applications Integration) and implementing SOA solutions using TIBCO ActiveMatrix product suite and all other technologies supporting automation and integration. Participate in full project lifecycle and support activities. Understanding requirements and translate into technical, design documents. Lead/participates in design discussions and recommend best solutions to meet business needs. Responsible for development, write test cases, unit and integration, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, performance tuning and maintenance/support activities. Work with Functional Teams, Database Administrators and other Infrastructure teams to coordinate solutions delivery, following the company’s standards. Quickly adapt to the company’s IT processes. Work independently and or within team as and when required. Follow best practices in designing and development of the solutions. Work with TIBCO and other product supports to resolve issues related to integration solutions.
