TITLE: Senior Game Designer
REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as a Designer or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Provide leadership in the game design for the company’s game product. Provide oversight on play balance, rules systems, interface design, and team meetings. Balance and adjust gameplay experiences to ensure the critical and commercial success of the product. Provide feedback to designers and other colleagues regarding game design features. Create core game features including storylines, role-play mechanics, and character biographies for game franchise. Devise missions, challenges, or puzzles to be encountered in game play. Apply experience in game design, outstanding people-skills, and longstanding passion for playing games of multiple genres and platforms to assist in ongoing development.
