TITLE: Lead Quest Designer
REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience in the job or 3 years of experience as a Game Designer, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Design core features of video games. Specify innovative game and role-play mechanics, story lines, and characters biographies. Create and maintain design documentation. Interface with other teams regarding quest implementation scope, quality, efficiency, and workflow. Manage, mentor, and evaluate team of designers. Work with recruiting to grow the team. Work with production and other leads to schedule and deliver on time. Serve an active partner with other leads and in leadership group.
Salary range: $159,500/year to $194,500/year
