TITLE: Director, Marketing
REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as a VP Marketing Communication & Growth Marketing, Head of Marketing Communications, Head of Community Development, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs for a major franchise game. Lead the game brand globally, protecting, evolving, and adapting communications. Build authentic, long-lasting relationships with our player base. Lead communication strategy across Community, Public Relations, Consumer Marketing, CRM and other marketing teams. Work with publishing leaders across regions to coordinate, develop, measure, and improve global marketing strategies and tactics. Work closely with Product Management and Live Ops partners to advise business decisions, bringing new business opportunities to market. Work in partnership with multiple leads to identify regional creative needs. Analyze performance data to identify challenges and opportunities. Lead strategic partnerships and partner marketing initiatives. Work with the consumer insights team including design research and analysis. Continually monitor local game analytics to ensure that business goals are exceeded. Direct and develop a team to share marketing standard methodologies across franchises and marketing adjacent groups. Manage marketing budgets.
Salary range: $223,062/year to $329,500/year
