TITLE: Student Services Coordinator (3 Positions)
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
JOB DUTIES: Serve as the point person for in-person and online students who need assistance with the intake process, enrollment, advising, and schedule changes; also handle advising, testing, and proctoring queries from in-person and online students who initiate contact via email, phone, live chat, or in person. Develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain an interactive student orientation experience to prepare students for success in the learning environment. Develop and maintain a student support guide, managing materials and documentation. Assist with the formulation, development, and implementation of admissions-related policies and procedures. Ensure that international student applicants complete the required paperwork and meet applicable regulations.
SALARY: $57,000 per year.
