TITLE: Operations Director
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in Operations Manager or related is required.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and ensure compliance with regulations. Lead, evaluate, and mentor a team of 5 driving instructors. Manage customer relations, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. Handle financial aspects, including budgeting and financial planning. Drive marketing efforts to promote school growth and attract new customers. Create and maintain an action plan spreadsheet to track work progress. Develop, implement, and update protocols and procedures for driving instructors. Handle incoming calls, voicemail messages, and address any call forwarding issues.
SALARY: $70,886 per year.
