TITLE: Office Administrator
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Education or Experience, whether in employment or as intern, must include:
– experience in payroll management
– experience in bookkeeping
– experience in management of suppliers and service providers
JOB DUTIES:
1. Check Accounting Process
• Review financial transactions and records for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in reconciling invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Payroll management including review monthly salary reports and handling salary adjustment, salary tax withholding and insurance enrollment
2. Execution of Administrative Procedures
• Handle bookkeeping for legal documentation and financial records.
• Manage office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail, while maintaining and updating the attorney’s court calendar.
• Monitor employee attendance and wages according to company regulations.
3. Office General Affairs Management
• Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
• Manage office facilities, ensuring a functional and professional environment.
• Manage suppliers including selection of legal services and evaluate employee services providers.
4. Front Desk Duties
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
SALARY: $85,530 per year.
