TITLE: Immigration Attorney
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Law, Legal Education, Paralegal Studies or other related field or foreign equivalent is required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Bar or Law License in any US state.
JOB DUTIES: Provide expert legal analysis and advice on immigration matters. Personally manage a portfolio of complex immigration cases, including but not limited to, applications for visas, permanent residency, and citizenship. Prepare legal documents, submissions, and responses to requests for evidence (RFEs) from immigration authorities, ensuring all submissions comply with current laws and regulations. Stay abreast of changes in immigration law and policy, assessing impacts on ongoing and future cases and adjusting group strategies accordingly. Coordinate the progress of immigration cases within the groups, ensuring that all cases are progressing according to planned timelines and client expectations. Act as a primary liaison between clients, government agencies, and other external parties to facilitate the resolution of case-specific issues. Implement case management systems to track the status of applications and petitions, ensuring timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
SALARY: $115,690 per year.
