TITLE: Sales Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field and 3 years of sales experience required.
JOB DUTIES: Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to identify productivity and profitability opportunities. Direct and manage organizational operations and services to ensure efficient and effective functioning. Drive customer satisfaction through targeted marketing and by monitoring customer preferences to focus sales efforts. Manage inventory by controlling ordering processes and implementing stock rotation practices to minimize waste and maintain optimal supply levels. Determine price schedules and discount rates to maximize sales and profitability.
