TITLE: Senior User Experience Designer
REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as a UI Artist &/or UX Designer, or related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Manage communication, provide feedback to artists, and help maintain a strong creative relationship between external and internal art. Generate detailed documentation, video reference, and examples of art asset production, procedures, and engine requirements to support external vendors. Provide detailed feedback and approvals to vendor(s) that result in quality, on-style assets to deliver them to the development team. Implement approved assets into the game engine, along with making any needed fixes to keep assets consistent and game ready. Work closely with the outsource manager, art leads and production team to determine outsourcing needs. Coordinate with the outsource manager to schedule and track incoming assets.
Salary range: $165,000/year to $243,130/year
