TITLE: Cost Estimator
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
JOB DUTIES: Prepare estimates for customers. Prepare in-house estimates. Prepare project cost analysis. Prepare detailed purchase orders. Establish and maintain working relationships with customers, vendors and subcontractors. Prepare preconstruction cost estimating. Create, maintain, and manage project files during the estimating process. Ensure timely completion of estimates, understand scope of work to bid and manage bid pricing. Read, analyze and understand project plans and specifications.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.
SALARY: $44,600.00 per year.
