TITLE: Manager
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Director, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Driving product and service culture by circulating on the restaurant floor, continually checking with guests and service staff to ensure satisfaction. Aiding in the training, supervising, scheduling, evaluating, and directing of all restaurant Associates. Handling guest concerns promptly and professionally. Monitoring and supervising the setup and maintenance of the restaurant to ensure that it is meeting or exceeding standards. Organizing, building, and maintaining a professional work environment. Ensuring par stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering, and retrieving supplies and stocking shelves. Completing production reports, filling out necessary requisitions and controlling the distribution of necessary supplies. Providing direct service to guests as needed by serving and busing tables and seating guests. Ensuring the department abides by all safety and sanitation policies.
Wage range: $68,099/year to $70,000/year
