TITLE: Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 24 months of previous work experience as a Project Manager or a Related position required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The required previous work experience must be in the field of exterior panel cladding production and installation.
JOB DUTIES: Manage overall day-to-day business operations, checking service and product quality. Implement and enforce all merchandising and vendor policies and procedures. Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure warehouses are well-kept, organized, and managed. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Training to sub-contractors and installers if needed. Manage all operations.
