TITLE: Software Developer
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or computer and information technology required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of using Structured Query Language (SQL), NoSQL, or other similar technologies.
JOB DUTIES: Monitor and track system processing and performance indicators to ensure business requirements are being met; Design, develop, modify, and manage the coding and implementation of critical software modules; Confer with engineers in designing, developing, supporting, and documenting existing and future software solutions; Partner with cross-functional teams to code A/B tests; Debug and troubleshoot software problems; Modify existing software to correct errors, upgrade interfaces and improve performance; Analyze end-user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; Develop and implement data management plans and procedures, and collect, store, retrieve, and process data for system performance evaluation.
SALARY: $102,357 per year.
