TITLE: Office Services Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s of Business Administration and 3 years of experience an Business administration required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Quickbooks system management; Strong Oral and writen communication skills; Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems; The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
JOB DUTIES: Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers; Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in the administrative system; Process Bank transactions in the administrative system; Prepare checks for employees and suppliers; Prepare bank reconciliations; Prepare monthly billing report for clients; Request for quotes for purchases; Prepare quarterly tax return corresponding to payroll; Send fee offers to clients; Receive and place telephone calls; Schedule and make appointments; Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of correspondence to clients; Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter; prepare bank deposits; Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.; Review documents, records or other files to ensure their accuracy; Maintain office equipment in proper operating condition; Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services; Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software; Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
SALARY: $55,700 per year.
