TITLE: Supply Chain Financial Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and/or Accounting.
JOB DUTIES: Support the company’s efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout the Logistics Supply Chain. Collect, analyze and manage quantitative data and creating meaningful analyses to lead business improvement and cost reductions. Analyze the budget, forecast, weekly and monthly results processes in the areas of the supply chain: warehousing, transportation or supply chain losses. Conduct financial analysis on potential loss due to Warehouse returns receiving code change error & prepared monthly report and improvement plan on code issue for monthly General Managers’ meeting. Organize standard operating procedures on LG commercial invoice documentation’ to proceed robotic process automation about connecting sales data between LG Electronics and FNS claim management system. Analyze financial loss due to lack of evidence –no damage photo cases and collaborated with Innovation team to implement ‘return unit scanner’ for enhancing operational efficiency. Review contracts of LTL (Less-than-Truckload) carriers’ damage & shortage liability clause and analyze discrepancies between claim amount and received amount due to maximum liability. Work with finance team to create financial models for FNS, INC. and implement supporting tools. Report research findings, analyses results to Accounting Team Manager- Logistics and Transportation and receive advice, guidance, and further work on the reports to best service for the company’s and projects’ goals.
SALARY: $62,504 per year.
