TITLE: LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree is required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
JOB DUTIES: Coordinate transportation and storage of goods until the final destination. Prepare storage and shipping documents. Ensure shipments comply with applicable laws, regulations and procedures. Ensure policies and processes comply with the relevant trade regulations and practices. Prepare and make payment arrangements for transport, storage, taxes and duties of shipments. Research, review and assign accurate classification of products and materials when necessary. Ensure proper product classification. Troubleshoot, track and trace shipments. Coordinate shipments with storage, freight companies and suppliers.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.
SALARY: $46,920.00 per year.
