TITLE: Associate Attorney
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Law required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be licensed to practice law in California.
JOB DUTIES: Advise clients on legal risks and provide options for resolving disputes. Prepare and draft legal documents for real estate transactions and business agreements. Support clients in negotiations and transactions involving real estate and acquisitions. Draft estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs. Represent clients in real estate and business-related litigation, including disputes over transactions, contracts, and commercial matters. Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations related to these disputes. Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Manage case files, ensuring clear communication with clients throughout. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all work. Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop and implement legal strategies.
SALARY: $165,630 per year.
