TITLE: Game Producer
REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience in the job or 3 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Junior Test Manager, or a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Drive the completion of project goals and facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across multidiscipline content or engineering teams. Communicate frequently with producers as well as with team leadership regarding project status, risks, and opportunities. Create and track long-range project schedules for game content, assets, or engineering teams. Help make decisions with team leads on workflows, pipelines, priorities, and resources. Collaborate with team leadership to maintain alignment and drive project goals forward. Provide effective and constructive feedback to the team, providing suggestions and solutions for improvement when applicable. Contribute back to the production discipline and process within the online game team. Represent the development team in publishing, commercial, customer support, and platform planning discussions.
Salary range: $95,950/year to $124,000/year
